Cella Mahoney: Artist and Illustrator

Cella Mahoney, a Texas gal who now calls New Jersey her home, is a multi-media watercolorist that brings emotions to life in the quirky way she paints characters, color relationships, and lines.

As a practicing Roman Catholic, Cella has a special devotion to religious art. In 2018, she began creating and selling her own Catholic greeting card line on Etsy, following her dream to create religious cards without out-of-context biblical quotes. Instead, she has been dutifully developing her own style of iconography mixed in with her memento mori sense of humor.
